Nature coaching is a process of discovery as we move through the natural world. We will explore your
topic using nature as a metaphor.
If, for example, your topic is improving a relationship at work, we may stop and look at the water.
I may ask:

* In what way are you creating
flow in your relationships?
* What would it look like to create
more flow?

Our nature coaching sessions:

We begin with the topic of your choice. And we decide on the location. Each session is typically one-hour but can be longer if we’re going on an outdoor adventure.
Being in nature supports you to create calm and tap into your emotional and intuitive side.
